Take all you know about death and dying and throw it out the window. Previously, the meaning of death to us would be one of a sad occasion. An end in ones physical life. When we think of dying someday, it is thought of with reluctance and hopes for a long life.
If only you knew what the big picture looked like. To GOD, death is a very necessary part of eternity. To your spirit, it would be like walking from one room to another. For example, lets say you were looking at a small branch on a tree from close up. If you followed that bra
nch from beginning to end you would think that this is a very crooked and chaotic tree because of the way the branch goes from left to right, up and down and then up again. Now when you step back far enough to look at the whole tree, you would realize that, that tree is whole and complete and beautiful to behold. The point is, that to you those twists and turns of the branch would represent death. It would represent people dying needlessly. Or when a baby dies in a car accident, you would feel great sadness and rage. (Rightly so at the time.) But actually when seen from a big picture, that death is just another curve in the branch. Also, if someone lived a loving and generous life and then suddenly got cancer, the death of that kind person would probably have changed a lot of people for the better that knew him/her. Even the spirit of that person dying would benefit if that is what was planned from the beginning. So to say that death is as natural as the flowers blooming during the spring and then fading away and dying during winter.
Say the physical world is the ocean, we would be swimming around with big heavy scuba gear and wetsuit.
Well, once we get tired of all that gear or when the air runs out of the tanks, we are forced to get out of the water and take off all that heavy gear and wetsuit. Now we can breath the air without the suit and we feel much lighter. Death is kind of like that. Our physical body is like the swim suit and our lungs are like the tanks of oxygen to breath the physical air. When our bodies get old and tired, we just take it off and keep on going.

The real you is not a body with a spirit, the real you is a spirit with a body. When we are born, we need our bodies to be able to interact in this material world. So, from the perspective of eternity, our physical lives are but an instant in what we call time. Our spirit is what is eternal. In the eyes of GOD, our spirits are what fill the hallways of eternity. Our spirits were created from the beginning of creation. In the beginning when the subatomic energy permeated into an expansive influence from the nucleus of creation, we were there witnessing that physical universe unraveling its mighty galaxies filled with planets and stars.
So the meaning of death as we know it, becomes unimportant because we are always and have always been born and reborn into the material world in order to learn or teach others of life, love and all those things we get caught up in.
You could say that Death, the way we know it is actually just an illusion because we are limited to the vibrational density of our bodies and this earth, we have a mind set that we are suppose to slowly grow old and die. Well, what if that mind set is a lie? What if we are suppose to be able to live a lot longer than we do now? Let's just say that at one point on this earth, we were able to live a lot longer and just dematerialize into the spirit world, where our physical body would just disappear into thin air.

At one point a very long time ago, we were the care takers of this earth. We were creators and teachers of the animals and of the plant life. The meaning of death to us was unknown because we only knew eternity. We were ethereal light beings. So from then until now our origin as light ethereal beings has not left us. Why have we forgotten our origin? Why are we so destructive to our own creation, the earth? It has been a very long time, but we are actually on the verge of remembering our origin once again. We are slowly becoming more conscious of our true higher selves. To put it simply, the main reason for this is one word, GOD. The Universal energy is making its presence known, our higher selves are resonating to it and we are awakening to the quickening of the GOD energy that is materializing on earth today.

It's like mankind since the past history until now, has been living in a room that is pitch black in terms of our consciousness. We have been walking around bumping into things, not seeing the nose in front of our face. Yes, there has been many who came to earth with flash lights helping to shine the light on those of us that were in the dark. Some had stronger batteries then others, but they all came from the same source. The effect of GOD's materialization on earth is like someone coming in the room and flipping on the switch, flooding the room with light.
Now, however, most of us have become accustomed to this room of darkness. And we think that it is reality. We suffer and we agonize over issues that are partially or wholly created by us. In fact, the reality that we create for ourselves here in this physical world is mostly the reality we take with us to the spirit world. Unfortunately, we take a little piece of the darkness with us. There are many whom have been through wars and conflicts on this earth, that when they die, are still fighting that war or conflict.
They don't even know that they have passed on! Since in the spirit world TIME is irrelevant, they could be fighting from 100 to 1000 physical years before they even realize that they haven't eaten or have to go the bathroom like they normally do. There are spirit angels that try and intervene and make them aware of their current state, but the soldiers are too focused on fighting and dismiss any apparition as a figment of their imagination. So this becomes their hell. They have created it and they are repeating it over and over and over. They don't bother to think for themselves, they are just following orders.
That's just one example of how we can get carried away in our own little world. Even death can't break our state of mind until we wake up to the fact that there is another dimension to this physical world. A higher dimension that is trying to communicate with us, but because we are so rapped up in our own lifestyles and habits, we don't think beyond our conformity. A conformity of our minds, for example, is like placing a small pumpkin the size of a tomato inside a glass jar after it has been planted.

Keep watering that pumpkin and let it grow. Soon it will be too big to take out of the jar. Keep watering it and it will fill that jar until it takes the shape of it. The only way to let it grow any further is to shatter that glass jar into little pieces. Like the pumpkin in the glass jar, our minds do conform around our surroundings. We limit our thinking to the point of contentment. Yet, that glass jar is only as strong as we make it. We must begin to think beyond our conformity and break free. For eons mankind has been trying to break free of death and live forever, we have been running away from death grasping on to what we called life. Instead, we should have been running towards death in order to really be free from it.
For you see, death is just another word to describe something we don't really understand. Anytime something unexplained happens, we call it a miracle and we just leave it at that. Well, why don't we question further this miracle. Why don't we tackle the subject of death and answer it once and for all, that death is only a small part of the cycle of our eternal lives. It's funny, but sad how some seem to think that their death is the end. The end of everything. They seem to think that their physical death means that they will just be buried or cremated and that is all that will happen. Their minds can't consider that their spirit and mind will go on. They think that all of their experiences of their life will just get buried with them and will all go to waste. I suppose I can't blame them to a certain extent because well, the physical world is all that we can see and it is our reality, right? Well, that's not completely true. Our reality is based on how we see it from our eyes, which is dependent on our state of mind here and now, which is relative to our current status quo and current surroundings of where we live. Our reality is also dependent on our past and the experiences that we have had, which is relative to someone else's experiences, and which is based on a limited truth.
There is another bigger reality that is based on eternal constant LOVE. In my opinion, THAT reality of constant love is what I would like to tap into. What? You say there is no CONSTANT LOVE? You say that everything is relative to each other? Well, I beg to differ, but yes there is a CONSTANT LOVE AND TRUTH.
For example, try and sit still and examine the feelings and emotions that pass by in your mind and body. Let them just pass by like clouds floating in the sky. Let all your anxiety, worries, anger and fears just drop from your mind for a moment. Now feel what is left. What is truly underneath all of that stuff of emotions? What is the nature of your being?......The answer is LOVE. Yes, love is always there. No matter what you are feeling in the moment. No matter what your reality is in the here and now, Love is and always will be overshadowing your life based on the eternity of your soul.
Therefore in conclusion, we must keep a state of mind of the big picture. The perspective of all of eternity. Try and see things from GOD's point of view. Doing so, I think, will definitely give you a different outlook on our death and the whole of life.
